How to get DM to repair? (self.starbucksbaristas)

My store has doors that need to be repaired.. customers are complaining because doors have to be kept locked. How do we urge dm or whoever is responsible to repair them?

You could have your shift submit a ticket. They can even do it via the iPad. They will probably be out same day if possible.
