So starbucks does yearly raises and we just got the big one i the summer and we just got our yearly last paycheck

I know the wage increases every 3 months in Canada, only by a few cents. I want to ask for more than just our slow increases. :( thanks tho!

Ahahah, you can ask but it's almost going to certainly be a no. Merit based raises got cut a long time ago. I believe any other raises would need DM / RM approval which is almost certainly going to hurt your chances.
