Caffe Vanilla Bean with 1 pump hazelnut and… (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Able_Ad2652
A cake pop blended in. 3 grande fraps to be exact all with a birthday cake pop blended in. Come to find out at the window it was a partner that frequents us quite often. My SSV told him no, and that we couldn’t blend in the cake pops.

His argument: they do it all the time at his store with lemon loaves, cake pops etc.

Moral of the story, if you want to bring your friends to get stupid drinks like that, take it to your own store.

there was literally a weekly update a couple months ago explicitly stating we are not to blend food into fraps. jfc at this person. if you’re gonna do it, do it yourself.

When I started, I looked up dumb secret menu drinks and asked about this. My store said the same thing. I didn't even get to ask about the biscotti frap! Apparently there are legit stores that will do this.
It reminds me of the argument you hear when babysitting "well my parents let me do this" "thats nice. But it's still very against the rules. Both of Starbucks and logic."

Blending anything besides beverages in the vitamix voids the warranty apparently? That's what they said at my store.

You didn't mention it but I hope he didn't expect to get his mark out, not allowed at stores you don't work at any more

The only food that should be blended into fraps are bananas

Eww, why do you need to mix a cake pop in the drink.
