I don't think that's possible unless you choose to get your paychecks mailed to you, which is only an option in a few places. Do you have a bank account or credit card? That might be the easiest way to prove your address. Just log into your online banking platform, update your address, and wait for your next monthly statement which will have your address printed on it.
You can get an official transcript from ASU, just click "grades and transcripts" from the main page of MyASU. You will have to pay a fee, though.
If you look at your state DMV website, they should have a list of documents you can use to prove your address. Some states are more strict than others in terms of what they accept and how many documents you need to bring. There might also be differences depending on whether you're moving from another state or within the same state.
