I wish people would quit using that phrase. This isn't In-n-Out. There is no secret menu at Starbucks.

If there's a problem with me calling it a "secret menu item" then there's no need to call anyone dumb. Just so you know , I am a barista. And the fact is that I don't care what it's called. I just saw a article online about it and decide to make it at work. And no one said I know so much. No one cares what it's called. so again, if there's a problem with me calling it a "secret menu item" and it's not, then don't drizzle it with salt and call someone dumb. I hope no one does that to you. Have a good fucking rest of your day.

there actually is a problem saying that we have a “secret menu” and this is why :
people come up to starbucks , and ask for a drink that isn’t in the menu . half of the time , they don’t even have a recipe . and then they’re mad at us for not knowing how to make it or ring it up . do you see the fucking problem ? that’s my fucking issue . it’s people like you that make my job ten times fucking harder trying to explain to people “oh you want the secret menu chucky frappuccino ? tell me what’s in it because i have never heard of that or been trained to make it”
just say modifications , theres no need to put false shit in people’s heads

That’s not a secret menu though... A secret menu is like ordering a Blue Gummi from Jamba Juice. It’s not visibly listed but the people who work there are aware of how to make it based on name alone. But if I go and just order a Frankenstein of my own creation through the Starbucks mobile app, that does **not** make it a secret menu item.
