Compensation for re training? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey guys. So there’s a new person at work who’s having some trouble learning the ropes and I as a barista trainer have been assigned to re train them (original training was done by someone who doesn’t work with us anymore). Going to do one day of re training for them. Wondering - will I be getting training pay for this or no? Hmm

I would ask your SM! If it’s only one day it might be seen as a coaching experience.

You’ll be compensated by the hours you work. No bonus or anything.
