Is it as simple to transfer to a franchised store as it is to a main store? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’ve hopped around to three different stores at this point and i might want to go to a store in a supermarket, is it as simple as talking to my manager or are there way more hoops?

You would need to quit corporate and apply to work at whatever the parent/owning company of the licensed starbucks is. Example: target, grocery store etc.
You can't transfer to a licensed store since it isn't owned by Starbucks itself.

I work at a corporate and licensed starbucks! It was easy for me to get hired at a licensed store since I already knew how to make every drink, except the POS is slightly different. Let me know if you have any questions :)
