Does anybody else’s manager get ~11 weeks vacation/time off each year? (self.starbucksbaristas)

It looks like 5 weeks vacation, 7 holidays, 2 personal days and what could potentially be years or stockpiled sick time. I can’t figure out if sick time rolls forward or goes away.
So like 7 weeks of general PTO and at least a week or two of sick time… that’s a ton of time.

sick time rolls over but caps out at 120 hours or something like that
