Not sure the policy but once I had a lady call one of our green beans a “smart ass” in the middle of a Sunday rush because the green bean apparently wasn’t grinding her coffee fast enough and was trying to explain to her that she had another barista doing it cause she didn’t know how. I was so fed up I looked over at her (I was on hot bar) and I literally clapped my hands and said “ma’am, we 👏🏻 don’t 👏🏻 have 👏🏻 time 👏🏻 for 👏🏻 this. You can go somewhere else.”

I ended up getting talked to by my SM about it but he kinda laughed it off and told me not to do it again.
