Y E S. In my town, my starbucks is literally the only one who does things properly. It drives me insane.

omfg i was in another store today and the person on till walked away from the till WHILE I WAS TALKING and started helping ppl make drinks on bar and they didn’t say anything or whatever n i was jusr standing there for like 3 full drinks before they came back

Not really. They know the grind and the pay. If anything I feel solidarity that our store isn’t the only hot mess in the district

It’s the worst…especially there is one location that the asm is so obsessed with the wait times being low so they force the baristas to keep people at the box until their drink is ready. They have the lowest weight times in our district but they also have the angriest customers. A friend worked at their location and said they were told to not let people leave the box. They got cursed out almost every other customer.

Omg yes. The one right by my house is literally AWFUL. Drinks made wrong all the time, they are so incredibly rude and aggressive, literally things you couldn’t even think you could do wrong is wrong. I feel so bad cause I know all Starbucks are short staffed but I’m like bro🥲

YES I went to a different Starbucks like 40 minutes away on my day off while out shopping and their customer service was so bad I was like “here’s my partner card to scan!” And then they didn’t even give me the discount and were all rude like damn OK
