On the topic of stretching and exercise. I had a pretty bad bout of sciatica two years ago. I recommend the book Becoming A Supple Leopard by Starrett. I found it on Amazon. A lot of sciatica pain and low back pain can be resolved by building up your core and stretching things out. Check out BASL, note the reviews.

Yes, definitely look up sciatic stretching and exercises. Start slowly. I’ve known two people with bad sciatica and the doctor had them both do specific exercises and it worked. I hope you feel better soon!

I was doing low energy core exercise and yoga whenever I had issues. It sucks for a while but slowly your back loosens up but if you have like a herniated disk or whatever it for real takes anywhere from 6 months to a year for your back to heal. Best of luck tho 💕
