I wash them frequently and use oxyclean odor remover powder in addition to regular detergent. If possible, only use them for 2-3 shifts so you aren’t getting a lot of buildup. Then just wash them all at the end of the week.

i feel like it depends on the type of washer you have… i have one of those old school top load washers with the big agitator in the middle and i feel like that really cleans it well because my apron is like brushing against something and really getting tossed around in there vs most of the new washing machines that just spin your clothes over and over without anything really scrubbing your clothes.
Anyways I wash it with cold water and persil deep clean odor eliminating detergent and my aprons always smell great until they get dirty again, I also wash every 2 or so shifts
