My manager asked me a couple of situational questions (how to deal with an angry customer/what would you do if you witnessed another partner breaking rules or going against policy, etc..), then she asked questions about my previous experience, my availability, then she thoroughly went over the job role, I asked her a few questions, but mostly we were both just ourselves and got to know one another a little bit. My advice is to be polite and professional, but MOSTLY just be yourself. As for it being worth it to work here, I couldn't tell you one way or another, since I'm a new partner and haven't been with them long enough to know. Good luck!
