Its the same... but now you get to deal with like 50 extra syrups that starbucks doesnt.... best of luck with that

I'd be careful, my fiance worked at dutchbros. they're very strict on you talking to the customer the entire time they are at the window (which is a long time at our location for some reason. it takes like 30 minutes to get a drink)
plus, if you have to line hop, its kind of a nightmare. they make you stay outside your whole shift no matter the weather to take orders. baristas there have gotten heat stroke and frost bite before and the company couldnt give a dang less.
they also as company policy dont really do breaks or lunches, no matter the length of shift so uh. yeah! good luck! hopefully your state actually has labor protections!

I haven’t worked at a Dutch bros but I’ve heard the customers are better but the management is much worse
