this reads like an AD, and in all your other posts you link to a product

Yeah and the wording is very off... I've never heard anyone refer to customers as client... plus the tone shift when they start talking about their French Press was kinda jarring and out of place. Like how do you claim to hate the smell of coffee but then suddenly love black coffee only?

This is a Fakespot Reviews Analysis bot. Fakespot detects fake reviews, fake products and unreliable sellers using AI.

Here is the analysis for the Amazon product reviews:

>**Name**: SterlingPro Double Wall Stainless Steel French Coffee Press 1 Liter

>**Company**: SterlingPro

>**Amazon Product Rating**: 4.6

>**Fakespot Reviews Grade**: B

>**Adjusted Fakespot Rating**: 4.6

>**Analysis Performed at**: 10-29-2021

$1 | $1

*Fakespot analyzes the reviews authenticity and not the product quality using AI. We look for real reviews that mention product issues such as counterfeits, defects, and bad return policies that fake reviews try to hide from consumers.*

*We give an A-F letter for trustworthiness of reviews. A = very trustworthy reviews, F = highly untrustworthy reviews. We also provide seller ratings to warn you if the seller can be trusted or not.*

This has nothing to do with starbucks and all about you yourself. Ive been with starbucks for 5 years and I still love coffee. We just barely actually serve coffee. We serve hot milk and espresso beverages mostly and please don't ruin the Art, Culture, and Alchemy that coffee actually is by mixing those up. Brewing a 1/4 or 1/2 pot through the brewers is as close as some stores get to making coffee

You've been working there a month,

Take this as constructive, but the two suggestions I would have would be to

A) try different drinks - sometimes your pallet adjusts and you start liking different things (Chai Eggnog latte FTW)

B) realize that there is a stark difference between doing something for the love and experience and doing it for a paycheck and even if they seem like the same thing will be very different in the way they affect you.

Being a barrista is a dirty smelly job with small perks like having the ability to be around a coffee shop (albeit the McDonald's equivalent currently) but at the end of a day, it's a job and 75%+ of most jobs is not fun, it's for the money

But eggnog isn't coming back.... 😔

Bring in your own, if customers can bring their own dairy, so can you!

personally I love the smell of coffee, I love refilling the hoppers bc the beans just smell so good and I don’t mind the smell of the syrups and stuff! but I worked at a Chinese restaurant before I worked at starbucks, and I loooove chinese food but while working there I would come home smelling like the greasy food and it would ruin any appetite I had and I wasn’t able to eat Chinese food for a while after that. this personally hasn’t happened to me at Starbucks yet (I’ve been here for a bit more than 6 months) and I much prefer coming home smelling like coffee or syrup than eggrolls, but it’s bound to happen at any workplace with a strong smell I suppose! maybe I’ll get sick of it eventually lol
