Its okay! Its only your 3rd week (mine too i think) so you shouldnt know everything. I would suggest writing notes on flash cards and studying them so you can retain information. When you ask a question, repeat what they say to you so you retain it better. Do thinks consistently and talk to yourself as you do it, like mumble n' shit if ya have to. Ask provoking questions so your trainers feel like you're understanding it and getting the hang of it, rather than feeling like they didn't do a good job training you. You aren't annoying!!! Greenbeans aren't supposed to know everything, but simple things you should be able to retain how to do it. Soooo like i said, flash cards, use the iPad to look at store resources and sirens eye, study things that you are struggling with. Watch youtube videos, look over this sub and save important subs that will help you :) just study, practice, ask helpful questions, practice, repetition, and ask for help!!! You can do this!!!!! I believe in you!!!! 💕

My manager told me in my interview that you won’t be a fully prepared barista until 6 months of working. It’s A LOT of information to remember. Im on my fourth week and I still ask a ton of questions. One of my shift leads told me she would rather have me ask than get it wrong. Don’t be afraid to ask!!!

it’s a lot to learn. Nobody expects you to know it by your 3rd week trust me. It takes a long time to get comfortable and to start remembering that stuff. Don’t feel discouraged

definitely write stuff down on flashcards, it's what helped me memorize drinks. if your SM is cool with it maybe keep some of the flashcards in your pocket so if you ever need a quick reminder it's there for you. i know it's overwhelming right now but i promise it's not as confusing once you get familiar with it :)
