So today during a rush a customer at the window literally left her car to use the bathroom inside literally like 15 seconds before her drinks were ready! She had the line wait so long and i couldn’t believe it. Has this happened to anyone else or…?

i actually genuinely laughed so hard reading this. that person must have been so out of touch. such an outta pocket thing to do. definitely hasn't happened to me and i hope it doesn't 😭😭😭

One time I was about to take a guys payment and he looks at me with panic ridden eyes, flushing he said “I’m so sorry I’ll be right back!” He sped around out of the drive through into a parking spot and RAN into the bathrooms, afterwards he very calmly paired and collected his drinks from the front like nothing happened.

An old store I worked at was in the same parking lot as a gas station and someone legit parked their car in the drive through, got out, and got gas - kept everyone waiting for 15 extra min
