This used to irritate me a lot too but now I just view it as “if we run out of this because of this person’s drink, then that’s one less drink people can order that I’ll have to make!”

That and also fuck Starbucks, they can afford the loss

i like that mentality

You’re supposed to just fill the cup with the drink… not dilute it with water

i was just doing what my ssv told me to do lmfao sorry

They had a weekly update about this years ago. If they ask for no ice you just fill it to the top with whatever the drink is. I know it bothers other baristas, but I kinda like when I get these because it’s so much easier to make lol

People don't understand how concentrated the drinks are. I don't understand how they can drink it without water or ice honestly

I fill it up all the way it doesn’t come out my paycheck so i don’t care

Yeah definitely not standard, but fair. Kinda petty though

Wait, was it just a normal refresher, or lemonade? Don't dilute it, but if it's a refresher, then it comes with water. make it like normal, just with more. Starbucks is the epitome of "the customer is always right" and they decide what to upcharge. Not your problem
