Non-coverage is when you have something to do off the floor. For instance I’m scheduled non-coverage for when I unload the truck, do the order, and sometimes training. Anytime I’ll be off the floor for a half hour or more

it might be for the half hour - hour after you close for clean plays or for closing.

Non-Coverage simply means off the floor. Clean play, meetings, and a variety of other things can count. It's usually a blessing to have non coverage hours in my opinion

In my store it's almost always putting away the order :)

Probably training? It's essentially you being scheduled but not being on the floor. Coverage meaning making drinks, running register etc. Non-coverage is anything else. It could be setting up displays. Really anything. Setting up the store for Christmas would be an example.
