Anyone not get their Lyft credits this month? I’m trying to renew but nothing is working. Not sure who I should contact to fix it?

I actually did get it, but in the middle of the day. I slept in bc I thought it was going to be automatic and was 5 mins late to work. It was only 5 mins but I had the most stressful commute
