The moment someone threatens legal action against you, say you will not continue the conversation without a lawyer present. If anything they will pull up the security cameras from when the incident report specified the event happening and will see the customer in the wrong. You have absolutely nothing to worry about. Corporate will most likely offer to detail her car or some shit like that and ship her off.
