Ours are mostly good because we’re new and pretty high volume, one was needed in the area. My favorite was one thanking “bill for being a great store manager” but bill was a regular barista that worked a lot

One gave us five stars and said this was the first place they were going to take their baby once she was born. UMM OK like that’s cute but pls don’t feed your newborn Starbucks

There's one for my store where the girl said she always orders a venti iced vanilla latte, and she's so frustrated because only our store gets it wrong. It's so milky, and she just wants a splash of milk. She even included a picture of it, which, you guessed it, it's a perfectly normal iced latte. I get so annoyed when people complain about getting exactly what they ordered.
