Hey. I started working at Bux in August, at a pretty small kiosk, but I'm the de factor manager right now. I have a great store director who's very involved and a good DM who is helping me to learn daily ops and standards and learn the set ups, etc, but I'm feeling a little lost when it comes to doing to holiday flip for my store. It's touted as being this massive under taking that I should be scheduling 12 hours non coverage for but...for what? I'm going over my plans and I feel like I have to be missing something. Change the boards and signage, switch out our to go cups and sleeves, pull the holiday food, make sure all the drink supplies are ready to go, display the merch cups if we ever get any, pass out red aprons- am I missing something huge? Does the flip really take that much time for a $500 a day kiosk with six employees?
