Man, don’t do that. I’d rather have someone ask me how many pumps or what topping 80 times before they mess up a drink someone paid 6-8 bucks for.

Also, allergens! I’d rather remake a drink 5 times than give someone something that could make them sick. Don’t ever fake it - what if someone’s diabetic and knows exactly how much insulin they need for their regular order? Sounds dramatic but don’t guess drinks, you can do harm!

go on your stores ipad and go to store resources. on there you'll find the tab for drink recipes. that way you can refresh yourself on what goes on what if you're afraid of judgement for asking what goes into certain drinks. ps- tho no one is going to judge you for it and you should always feel comfortable to ask for help from your fellow partners.

Can I download this on my phone, sign in with my partner numbers and study when I'm off work? I'm new and don't know recipes

I came back to Starbucks after leaving for a year. So when I came back everyone just assumed I knew what I was doing. Well I didn’t know how to make the new caramel or mocha fraps, everyone just told me to put the whip on the bottom and the toppings. So to my surprise 3 months later I find out the mocha one has Java chips in it and I have been making it without the whole time and no one complained. 😂

I do the same & I’m not afraid to admit it. Sometimes I might be one or two pumps off. If it’s something like milk, sugar free syrup, or something important I’ll be extra careful to fix it, but mostly it’s no big deal. I probably wouldn’t notice If my drink had an extra pump.

Wait how do you not know what does in a drink 😭 it’s usually in the name of the drink what goes in it
