Some guy yelled at me about the triple espresso he ordered then got mad saying he didn’t want it. I looked him dead in The eye and said, “ why’d you order it if you didn’t want it”? He was silent then asked for a cup of water.

Today a (starbucks) customer asked me to pour out some coffee from her cup and as I am pouring it out, she is loudly saying "MORE MORE MORE MORE MORE OKAY STOP". Then as I am putting the lid on she says, "Can I have two straws?" Then... "ONE LARGE CUP OF ICE AND ONE LARGE CUP OF ICED WATER... WITH LIDS AND TWO MORE STRAWS" and then gets mad at me for taking too long to grab them.
