Yeah someone left a review for my store saying we didn’t tell them about the app promotions when they order?!?$ like it wouldn’t even work in person. Half the time we don’t know what going on w the app.

“the baristas are cute” half of the baristas at my store are underage, who is this man

I just looked at ours and I'm at a Tarbucks. My favorite is a one star review that reads


"I dont do business here. But, I do go to target and absolutely hate the smell it pushes through the store. Gross! And people want this smell on their breath. Blah!"

I... what? You don't drink here, but gave us a one star review because you don't like the smell of coffee? What?

Our parking lot is adjacent to a supermarket that has basically a small brewery in it for their own brand of beer. We got a one star review because Starbucks chose a location “where people drive drunk through the parking lot and it is hard to navigate without being hurt”………….🤦🏼‍♀️

Ours has a 3 star review saying "overpriced coffee but it is what it is" I'm like yupp you got that right buddy

At this store I use to work at, no lie, one of our reviews was about one of the cashiers and now "hot" and sexy she was. That the cashier was literally the only reason why they came to the store and they would purposely seek them out. Like ok dude😅😂 I hope she got a restraining order

Just remembered this one: we had a girl post a google review before her interview (with her full name) saying our lobby baseboards and table bases were dusty and we need better management, was hired as an ssv, then got fired months later because she was horrible and also left the doors unlocked overnight🤣
