They should! However, every time I've tried to use my US partner numbers internationally, they haven't worked. Idk if it's the language barriers, license stores, new baristas or what, but I've never been successful. Almost all of the time the barista won't attempt it, so your best bet would be to explain it better than I apparently do (though hopefully you won't have to explain it).
