Yelp is such a joke because reviews are either five stars or one star. Like you'll see a review that's like "everything was amazing the girls are so nice and my food was piping hot but they forgot my puppicino so one star!" Such a bunch of wack!

we have a couple of one star reviews that are different variations of “i forgot my wallet and asked the barista to cover my order just this once. they would not honor my $45 order - HORRIBLE customer service. will not be coming back. these are the people that ruin businesses” (this is a review at my old store)

my new store the reviews are all “the baristas here are SOOOO NICE AND FRIENDLY I JUST LUV THEM💓💞💕💘💓❤️❤️❤️💖💖💝💝” which isn’t nearly as exciting, but appreciated nonetheless
