Have you done any training yet? It’s SBUXpartnerhours. It has your schedule, time off request, shift swap requests, and Availability changes! You should be able to get it during training! Definitely talk to your manager though!

Yep you go to my availability and put in a request, you can put in as many time slots showing your availability for a given day, or you can just check the box next to the day to show your available all day; to show you’re not available that day just leave it blank. After you’re done imputing your availability it’s going to show pending, and your manager can either approve it or reject it.
