I was hired as a SSV and worked under the siren’s eye for about four months. I have worked for over a dozen corporates in my life, mostly restaurants and cafes and Starbucks is hands down the most toxic company I have ever worked for. My store had 3 different managers in the four months I spent in my store. I do not exaggerate when I say each was more incompetent than the last. Yet, somehow I can’t bring myself to feel sympathy for those that don’t have the wherewithal to simply find a better company to work for. Anyway I parlayed my SSV position into a store manager position with a different company that is going to pay me more money than I ever saw at the bux. So long, Starbucks. I will not miss a thing.🖕
