Are you sure it’s not working? My partner card on my app doesn’t have a green apron on it, it looks just like a regular gift card. Try scanning it at your store POS - if it’s working properly, a pop up should appear on the screen with your name and partner number.

There's 2 parts to adding it.
One is inputting the partner card numbers like a gift card. If you don't have a physical card you can access it remotely.
The other is linking your partner numbers to your Starbucks account on the website.
