I’m new and everyone is rude to me (self.starbucksbaristas)

I just recently started a month or so ago and everyone at my store or either mean to me or has some rude comment, that isn’t constructive criticism to help me, and I don’t know what to do about it. I love working here, but I can’t handle this to much longer.

starbucks workers are so cliquey for no reason. it's basically high school all over again.
talk to your manager about this problem. if it's anyone during your shift that you do not like being around. i'm sure that they can change your schedule to no longer be around them. it's either that or you can transfer stores. because i promise you, the job is still good at hands. my store is amazing and you deserve to work some where that people are not bitches ! best of luck

Thank you so much! The only issue is that it’s one of my shift supervisors that I always work with that is also causing issues. Should I talk to my store manager??

if it's affecting how you are working, and if your manager is a cool enough person. then YES PLEASE DO.
i had the same problem with someone. she would cherry-pick everything i would do :|. also you're new, it doesn't make sense to target someone who doesn't know the ropes.

slowly integrate yourself into the group. i know it sucks to be new but it takes a little time for people to get to know you or trust you. i had the same issue. i thought people were rude at my store but they just needed time to adjust to the new dynamic. just kill em with kindness until they realize you’re not a threat to their “group”. it shouldn’t have to be like this but it’s just how it is with some new jobs. i’m sure you’ll eventually make friends. good things take time :) best of luck
