Red cups are handed out at the register when drinks are rung up. 1 red cup per order containing a holiday drink. There will be buttons on the register for holiday drinks. Red cup day isn’t tomorrow though.

They will have their own buttons, yes. Even the hot chocolate will get more buttons for peppermint. Always make sure you ring in peppermint added beverages correctly, because they come with the chocolate curls and must be charged. Red cup day will be later in the month, and you give away one cup for every HOLIDAY beverage, such as Irish Cream cold brew, the Toasted white mocha, etc. Pumpkin beverages do not qualify for a cup. Best of luck, we usually have a line by 5:30 for the holiday cups in general.

Okay I just started working not that long ago. With the red cups for example is there a button or a certain size where they start? Like am I responsible for them to get the red cups or do I just push their order like a normal day and the baristas handle who gets red cups? Thank you so much for replying
