Oh no!!! I promise it’s not as bad as it sounds it’s just a day of insanity, without red cup it should be calmer. Holidays imo just bring some very cheery customers but also bring scrooges. It’s almost a guess on what you’ll get. I love holiday season but dang do some people get outta pocket with the holiday crazies

I seeeeee. I am used to rushes and a packed lobby, so I am hoping that will help! Today I helped with the set up in the lobby and the decor made me a little excited for this time of year. Trying to stay positive and also have fun with it! Yes cheery customers are great, but not so cheery is not something unusual haha
