My orientation was not one on one. It was me and 5 other people. It also took a full 3 hours.

Orientation is one-on-one with the store manager while you fill out documents (background check, personal contact and info, tax stuff and things of that nature). It's not a long process unless your a slow typer or you don't know your own info (most of that stuff you can fix later on). I was there for maybe an hour, if that. If you're able to sit for an hour you should be okay.
