The ingredients are gluten free, however we can't guarantee that the drink won't come in contact with something that has gluten in it. Even if you ask for a freshly sanitized pitcher from the back, there is always the chance the steam wand has residue on it from something like oatmilk. I think getting it iced would decrease the chance of this, though!
