From what I’ve seen, those stores are normally Licensed stores (like the ones in grocery stores), I doubt you’d get a higher pay but they might be better about hours, especially if you have experience already. I worked at a “Starbucks” on a military base and would say it was basically the same as being with corporate except less perks (no free drink or food item when working, less tips, etc)
