Someone ordered a hot coffee through the drive thru today, then proceeded to complain to me that the previous hot coffees she has ordered were "too full". And because of that, she has spilled some and burned herself several times. (self.starbucksbaristas)

She then said that if it happens again she'll "call corporate and let them know about this issue".
How about you not spill your fucking coffee? Or request "with room"? Or ask for kids temp/an iced drink?

I seriously don’t get people. If you don’t fill the cup to the very top they’ll complain about not getting the last half a sip but apparently filling the cup to standard is “too much” how are we supposed to win

I’ll literally tell people how to order to fix the issue, while making sure I do not apologize (and take responsibility) for their problem.
