So, this regular always orders a quad espresso, but charged for a free coffee refill, with steamed 2%, and every time we hand it off to him, he demands an extra cup filled to the top with 2%, basically getting a quad latte for the "price" of a a free coffee refill, and he throws a fit if we charge him because "you guys did it last time"

Well, today, I'm on bar slammed with mobile and café drinks when I see his drink. I'm experiencing sensory overload and I'm already feeling cranky when he asks for his cup of extra 2% and normally I don't care, but this guy harasses us every time he comes in, so I put my foot down and give him the 4 free ounces. When he tells me to fill it up all the way, I broke and told him "no." He loses his shit, demands the manager, then calls corporate to complain about my attitude towards him, then he tells me I need to work somewhere else. Again, I looked at him and said "no", when he tells me to "shush" I tell him "excuse me?" And he says "shush! Don't talk to me" and I snapped and tell him "no, YOU don't talk to me like that!"

Then I ran into the back room and had a break down because I probably should've just given him his stupid 2%... 🙃
