Nono you dont give them any of your current insurance info I dont think- you'll just tell them what you've done so far in your medical history and tell them what you still need, and they'll give you plan options (bronze, silver, gold, platinum) depending on your needs and how much you're willing to pay. You can always just call to ask questions, and they'll happily answer them for you.
