Okay so this is a throw away account but long story short I’m pissed. I’ve been at my store for about 3 months and we recently have been through three managers and have a new shift. The shift is the issue. He’s bullying and I mean bullying partners yelling at them for dumb shit like dropping a cup and making their lives hell. I don’t work with him usually but when I do he’s awful to me too. I learn today he’s got a history of being this way at other stores, and that he’s watching and listening to partners to report to our dm… he tells her when we complain about customers abusing us but then he kicks customers out Willy nilly. It’s stressing me the fuck out. We’re afraid to report him because of his reputation about starting even more shit. Things are weird right now, and we still don’t have a permanent manager. He should honestly be fired but we don’t know what to do. Just needed to vent I guess. Anyone know if reports to managers are anonymous? And if you’ve been reported do they tell you?
