The amount of times I hear this a day and the amount of times they ask if we can make it hot and still shake it

it’s fucking annoying. i get reminded every time i work about how people don’t actually know what they’re ordering and are just saying whatever words come out of their mouth as a drink. i always respond with, “a brown sugar oatMILK shaken espresso?”
