I worked at SBUX for 8 years total. From my experience what I’ve seen it’s usually 1-2 years. It also depends on how your district is doing. are lots of managers burning out and quitting? Lots of chance to move locations to busier spots? Do you Have good rapport etc etc.
All the Starbucks in my city had huge manager turnover. So this really helped move things along.
Hope my rambling helped.

i was offered a position as a shift supervisor at a standalone starbucks back when i was just a regular baristas at my licensed store but when i went in to the interview i was informed that because i was coming from a licensed store i would have to completely go through my training again then get certified then after a couple weeks i could do the training and certification to become a trainer and THE wait a couple more weeks before i could start my training to become a shift. in total i would be working probably 2 (if not more) months as just a regular barista before actually getting the position i was hired for even though i had already went through the exact same training at my current store (except for the shift training). obviously your situation will differ a little but if you do decide to apply and get an interview set up make sure you ask how much training and time it would take until you actually get to work the position you are being hired for.
