We straight up don't allow that in the drive thru. Like, they can order it there, but they have to come in to the store to pick it up. Like Travellers.

i wish any of my managers would do that, but none of them ever have. they’re all very much about the “letting the customer have whatever they want” business.

it’s not that bad it just takes up a lot of time and makes us really far behind on dtb. i usually help out dtb as much as i can so usually i grab it for them but sometimes people don’t so they get drowned over one drink

What’s an iced london fog?? At my store we say no if they order any bag tea to be iced.

You steep the tea for the full amount of time, and then put it in the cup with the syrup and cold milk. It's on the app under iced black teas.
