The box says they last one week refrigerated, 2 days ambient like other pastries.

i think they are dated for two days like regular pastries, and at my store they are kept in the fridges with sandwiches/wraps.

I tell my co-workers to de-thaw them in the fridge so we can keep them for the 7 days refridgerated but you do have the option to leave them out for 2 days un-refridgerated.

The box from the freezer tells you the shelf life if you ever need to know.

Pretty sure the standard here is they should come from the fridge when being served to the customer. Yes technically they have a two day shelf life unrefrigerated but have you ever had one like that? all half melted and messy and impossible to pull apart from the rest? They suck.
