we have been out of straws for a few days and people have been so ridiculously rude about it! what do you want me to do? pull one ive been hiding from you behind my back? run across the street to walmart and personally buy you one?

We were super low on straws and only giving them out for fraps. I’ve never been more verbally abused doing my job than when someone couldn’t get a straw for their iced coffee.

at my store, we are only allowed to give straws to those who have Frappuccinos and let me tell you

We've been buying straws for the past few weeks. I had someone complain asking me why I didn't have green straws anymore LOL

We have them now but there was a period a few weeks ago where we only had venti straws and you would’ve thought the world had ended based on customer reactions.
