Man I agree. A customer physically grabbed my coworker and i freaked out and said “U do not touch him” The guy was notorious for being awful at our store. Cops come he’s banned for like a day. He calls corporate to bitch and they unban him. He never bought anything also, he would bring his own coffee in old Starbucks cups ask us for ice and the use all of the fucking condiments. No respect for their employees.

I thought it was so sad that the DM didn’t stand w us. My store manager was an angel sent from heaven. Best boss I’ve ever had on my long working life.
