Today I had to tell cafe customers that we had at least a 30 minute wait for drinks because of mobiles and being understaffed. Yay for day 2 of launch 🙃

Ugh…fortunately our ASM was covering for one of the shifts who has been out sick and another barista was out so ASM turned off mobiles, as it is we were drowning, but I imagine we would have had similar wait times if mobiles/deliveries were on.
