But do you actually know when? Because I’m at the 18 month mark and was told this year I am eligible for the “unroasted” stocks (I don’t actually remember what they are called, but I mean the immature stocks that then after a year will mature into real stocks) but I don’t know when they are distributed.

They're typically distributed around November 9th-12, I think its the 11th this year

You have to have been hired by May 1 to get them this November. Otherwise you’ll get them next November.
