Honestly one frap here or there isn't that big a deal. It's not that bad. It's when there are multiple different ones all at the same time. I can make a frap fast if it's a basic recipe. So yea adding a lot of customizations will for sure make it worse. But it's the bouncing from one bar to the other constantly that makes people tired because the majority of stores won't have a barista on cold bar which means one person is making espresso drinks (hot bar, even if it's an iced latte or cold brew) and that same person has to go over to make fraps or refreshes (cold bar)

I also don't want to discourage you from ordering a Frappuccino. When we get them back in store, I would like people to enjoy them. I'm just enjoying the little break from them right now.
